On-Court
Over the course of a stellar five year career, Abbey played 54 professional games and was also the Captain of the NSW Swifts & QLD Firebirds.
She played as a Wing Defence with her consistent performances seeing her recognised as one of the leading defenders in Australian Netball.
Off-Court
Abbey is a sideline commentator for 9 Netball, as well as being the Head of Netball at Westfields Sports High School.
Education has been integral to Abbey’s success as an athlete, and she has completed three degrees: A Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Sport Management), Master of Teaching (Secondary), and a Diploma of Career Development (RMIT), as well as having obtained her Certificates III & IV in Fitness.
Abbey has a great passion for fitness, education and empowering women and young people to chase their dreams.
