Henry’s talent was identified at an early age when he was selected in the NSW U/13 Emerging Blues Program .
During the 2015-16 summer, Henry was part of the NSW Metro team which won the Under-19 National Championships, and he was subsequently selected in the Australian Under-19 team for a series against England in Perth. He was the leading wicket-taker during the ODI section of that tour, taking 13 wickets at 13.46
Henry made his BBL debut for the Sydney Sixers in January 2017, and a week later was selected for a Cricket Australia XI to play the touring Pakistani side.
Henry was the top wicket-taker in the 2020/21 Victorian Premier Cricket season, and made a triumphant return to the big stage in BBL11 with the Adelaide Strikers. Henry signposted his return with stellar figures of 4/26 against the Melbourne Stars.
Henry made history on debut for Australia A, taking figures of 7/39 which are the best ever figures for an Australia A bowler in List A Cricket.
Henry signed with the South Australian Redbacks on a three-year deal ahead of the 2022 season.
On November 1st 2024 Henry made his Sheffield Shield Debut for South Australia against Victoria at the Adelaide Oval.
Off-Field
Henry has completed a Bachelor of Communications (PR & Journalism) at UTS .
When he’s not playing cricket or studying Henry takes enjoyment from fishing and relaxing at the beach.
